| Anne-Marie Dalton | laptop-11 () | Hi Ian, The laptop is actually networked but an activation code is required/system admin password is needed for microsoft word still. It pops up when I open it I was told this was already done for this new laptop but it is not. Can you fix this please?

I have a promethean whiteboard connected to laptop 10. The sound on my promethean board will not work. All connections are in but still no sound. Have you any suggestions on how I can fix this ?

| Anne-Marie Dalton | Accessing Network on Laptop-11 () | Hi Ian.
I got one of the new laptops (laptop-11) a few weeks ago but am having difficulty accessing the network and shared documents etc.. It says network discovery off and to use admin password.I have it connected to the internet in my classroom. Is there anything I can do to rectify this? Am I able to access the shared my docs file like in the computer room?
